Data Deletion Request
If you wish to request the deletion of your account and associated data, please send a request from the email address registered with Wellness Mons. Your account will be deactivated and is typically deleted within 10 days. If you have an active paid subscription, it will be canceled as part of the account deletion process if purchased through our web version. Please note that if your subscription was purchased via the App Store or Google Play, the cancellation will not be automatic. You must cancel your subscription through the appropriate service:
- For App Store subscriptions, please visit your App Store account settings.
- For Google Play subscriptions, please visit your Google Play account settings.
Please note that once your account is deleted, any premium or premium+ status will be permanently removed, and if you create a new account, it will start from the free version. Refunds cannot be provided for deleted accounts.
Additionally, any data created within your account will be completely and irreversibly deleted and cannot be restored.
Steps to Request Data Deletion:
- Open your email client.
- Compose a new email to the email address listed on our Contact page.
- In the subject line, write: "Data Deletion Request".
- In the body of the email, include your registered email address and a request for the deletion of your account and associated data.
